At present,with the rapid development of the paper industry,the annual discharge of industrial waste water has increased year by year.But every year a large number of sewage has not been effectively treated,which has caused result the waste of water resources.Based on the dehydration treatment of papermaking sludge,this paper has systematically studied the sludge from flocculation process to floc separation,using the combination of theory and experiment.It has designed and manufactured sludge spiral press system to improve the papermaking industry sludge treatment efficiency and sewage recycling rate,according with the requirements of circular economy and sustainable development.From the current problem of dehydrate the sludge that papermaking pulp enterprises generally face,and based on the summary of the previous design of dehydration,the paper has redesigned and manufactured a new system of dehydration which can bring the following results: After the flocculation treatment,gravity pre-dehydration and spiral dewatering treatment,the moisture content of the sludge can be reduced to 50% and the volume will be reduced several times,which will facilitate the subsequent treatment of sludge and sludge resources.The thesis has studied traditional flocculation theory,flocculation kinetics based on micro vortices,flocculation theory based on fractal theory,and the relationship among fractal dimension,flocculation morphology and flocculation kinetics,which are theoretical support of subsequent flocculation and agitation experiment.According to the actual flocculation process of the factory,the flocculation and agitation experiment was designed.And the flocculation stirrer was redesigned according to the actual working conditions.The relationship between the stirring strength and the flocculation effect was studied.The numerical simulation method was used to study the flow field of the velocity and turbulence distribution,which has a guiding significance for the factory to choose the actual stirring speed of sludge flocculation process.According to the principle of invariant inlet and outlet solid sludge,the screw shaft is designed and analyzed by ANSYS analysis software.Meanwhile,the stress and strain distribution of the screw shaft is obtained,which is of great help for the improvement of screw shaft and applied to actual sludge dewatering.
