The equipments and pipelines of water wells in SZ36-1 oilfield,due to the complex conditions of the site conditions that the corrosive medium had high degree of mineralization,high velocity,contained acid gas,had high frequency in well workover,which affectted its normal Production and reduced its economic benefits.In this paper,the water of well water in SZ36-1 oilfield is taken as the research object,and the factors of corrosion by the field condition and indoor experiment are analyzed,then the mathematical modeling is carried out,and the corresponding anti-fouling measures and suggestions are made.Firstly,the scientific results of water quality and corrosion fouling products were collected by field investigation.The corrosion conditions were analyzed,and the conditions of the field were analyzed and analyzed.The ion composition of water was obtained by indoor experiment,and the fouling tendency was predicted for the ion composition in water.The corrosion rate was tested by X-ray,and the corrosion rate was tested by single factor analysis.The factors influencing the corrosion of the source water in SZ36-1 oil field were determined by comparing with the field data.The Then,through the multivariate linear programming model,the variables of temperature,the temperature variable,the carbon dioxide partial pressure variable,the chloride ion concentration variable and the velocity variable are modeled by the variables,and the test data are fitted by MATLAB to determine the influence Factor size.The corrosion mechanism is described for the main corrosion factors,and its corrosion resistance materials,metal corrosion technology and corrosion inhibitor are screened.Under the condition of extreme working conditions,the corrosion of H13,3Cr,13 Cr and super 13 Cr materials was carried out,and the corrosion pattern was observed by electron microscope.The corrosion rate of the anticorrosive material in the extreme case was super13Cr<13Cr<tungsten alloy?3Cr<H13.Under the condition of working conditions,the N80 material was subjected to nitriding treatment and metal coating treatment.The corrosion rate was measured and the corrosion rate was tested.However,under the condition of high corrosion rate,the nitriding treatment The Adding three kinds of corrosion inhibitors to compare the rate of slow release,select the appropriate corrosion inhibitor,and filter the appropriate scale inhibitor,and corrosion inhibitor compatibility,and finally get the application of corrosion inhibitor concentration and scale ratio.According to the all conclusions and the economic evaluation of the two sides,so it is the best choice that using nitriding N80 steel and 13 Cr material tubing,the better choice is super 13 Cr material.And finally,it can be used PG1 corrosion inhibitor and AA / AMPS scale agent complex form as the corrosion and scale inhibitor of well water in the water source,the anti-fouling scheme with the concentration of 60 mg /L and the ratio of corrosion inhibitor and scale inhibitor is 11: 1,which reduces the economic loss caused by corrosion.
