Electronic mechanical brake system is the use of motor driven brake parts,to replace the traditional hydraulic or pneumatic components of the braking system.Hydraulic and pneumatic brake system has its shortcomings,electronic mechanical braking system with high efficiency,responsive,the advantages of stable performance,braking in auto,machinery,and other fields has a tendency to replace traditional braking system and the broad application prospect.To improve without reversing efficiency of sucker rod beam pumping unit,based on the electronic mechanical brake system as the research object,through the system modeling,dynamic simulation and finite element analysis method,designed in accordance with no of sucker rod beam pumping unit is the reversing function electronic mechanical braking system.Mechanical braking mechanism working environment for the application and structure characteristics of the subject background and the development of electronic mechanical braking condition and research results at home and abroad to understand.For the convenience of the thesis,in this paper,the pumping unit mechanical braking mechanism for no beam pumping unit prototype design.This paper studies the main contents are:(a)According to the principle of electronic mechanical brake system of pumping unit is put forward the overall design scheme of mechanical damping mechanism,the overall design.And according to the design scheme of the overall design of the main calculation and research institutions or components,and to determine the mechanical braking mechanism of drive motor,conversion mechanism,reinforcing mechanism and brake.(b)After the main components in determining,on the specific design including friction plate,strengthening institutions,ball screw pair and the drive motor,and to the whole body parts processing and assembly.(c)Mechanism design,dynamics simulation was carried out on the mechanism,dynamics simulation analysis was carried out on the braking process,access to key information such as the speed of the brake disc in the process of braking,brake mechanism of the braking force and braking torque,etc.As well as the key parts according to its physical parameters and the finite element analysis function to ensure the strength,deformation and natural frequency in line with the requirements of institutions.(d)The last physical test was carried out on the institutions,to ensure that the real braking effect in line with expectations,and the key of the collected data were compared with the theoretical calculation,the mechanism design of right is proved to be reasonable.
