At present,most of the oilfields in our country have entered the high water cut development period.It is urgent to improve the treatment efficiency of conventional settlement separation equipment,develop and apply low-cost oil-water separation technology.Coarse grained oil-water separation technology is adopted into the oil-water separator in coalescence fillers to improve the efficiency of oil-water separation of produced liquid treatment method,because of its simple and convenient operation,low investment cost and no pollution such as two more and more researchers pay attention to.In this paper,the optimum selection of coalescence packing is studied according to the main difficulties of coarse grained oil-water separation technology.Firstly,based on coalescence mechanism,the stainless steel material is selected as filler material through many contact materials by contact angle measurement.Furthermore,the basic configuration of corrugated plate as filling is optimized by investigating and simulating the flow pattern of the liquid in the packing.On the basis of preliminary material selection and spatial configuration optimization,the application of small oil-water separator oil-water separation efficiency of indoor test,two from the theoretical and practical experiments on the separation of CY250 and CY350 comprehensive comparison of two kinds of stainless steel corrugated plate packing.From produced liquid oil,oil droplet size,liquid flow rate,filling ratio of a surface area,the length of plate group were compared and analyzed on Influence Factors of coalescence separation effect and the selection of CY350 as the optimal coarse grain separator filler.CY350 has the best specific surface area,and has little resistance to water phase flow.It not only has good oil and water separation effect,but also has higher rigidity and durability.It is not easy to damage and easy to install and manage.
