In the process of oilfield development,how to handle oily sludge more effectively and reduce the pollution caused by the environment have been troubled with the oil fields.The reason of this is that the sludge particle size of oily sludge is very small.And it has small density difference with water cause the separation difficulty bigger.In the process of operation,the cyclone is an important device for dealing with oil sludge,and imp roving the efficiency of processing is very important to optimize the environment.Therefore,this article in view of the oily sludge,on the basis of the original cyclone model,design and optimization that can efficiently separate fine granular sludge of the hydrocyclone with dual cone.Use the computational fluid dynamic software on the initial structure of solid-liquid hydrocyclone for numerical simulation.And analyze the tangential velocity and axial velocity of the cyclone,then optimization structure of the lack of structure.Based on orthogonal design optimize structural parameters of the solid-liquid hydrocyclone.Through the analysis of the intuitive by the result of the orthogonal test,the 9 come to test for the better in the whole examined group structure.According to each factor index curve of change,analysis the optimum structure.Contrast analysis optimization structure and test 9,eventually get the optimization structure for the optimal structure.By comparing the initial structure and optimizing structure,the solid or liquid phase volume,separation efficiency and the pressure loss of the optimize structure,it is better than the initial structure.On the basis of the optimal structure,simulation analysis the different split ratio and velocity of the solid-liquid separation hydrocyclone,determine the optimal operating parameters of cyclone.At last get the efficient cyclone separator of the specific operating parameters through the indoor experiment.By adding electric flocculation device,which can guarantees the reliable operation of hydrocyclone separation.Finally designed a efficient device of oil-bearing sludge of pick up the sludge disposal in order to verify the application of the separation process.
