In recent years,because of the rich yield and good quality,the development of offshore oil and gas fields have been paid more and more attention.Offshore oil fields not only contain rich oil in produced fluid,but also are often accompanied by a large amount of associated gas and sand,which can contribute to the damage of conveying process,transport equipment and pipeline.Therefore,in order to degass and desand,this paper designs and develops the Gas-Liquid-Solid Triphase Multitubular Cyclone Separator,compared to the existing research,this separator's structure is simpler and separation efficiency is higher,so it has extensive application prospect.Based on the background of the offshore oil and gas fields contain a large amount of associated gas and sand,firstly,this paper designed and developed the Gas-Liquid-Solid Triphase Multitubular Cyclone Separator.The structure of this separator was based on gas-liquid cyclone separator and liquid-solid hydrocyclone separator.It mainly consisted of the part of hydrocyclone separation and the part of sedimentation separation.The hydrocyclone separation section contained a few of cyclone separator with tangential inlet,which was mainly to degass by centrifugal force.The sedimentation separation section was mainly to desand by gravity.In the end,it would achieve the process of gas-liquid-solid three phase separation.Secondly,this subject was mainly to research the performance of the Gas-Liquid-Solid Triphase Multitubular Cyclone Separator with the method of experiment.As to the hydrocyclone separation section,the research was mainly to study the effects of parameters such as the inlet flow rate,liquid flow rate,liquid into the sand concentration to the cyclone export parameters(spiral flow drainage efficiency,hydrocyclone desanding efficiency)and as to the sedimentation separation section,the research was mainly to study the effects of parameters such as the liquid flow rate,liquid into the sand concentration and the structural parameters such as installing the rectifying plates to the desanding efficiency.Finally,summing up and calculating the performance index of the three-phase hydrocyclone separator,and then getting the best operation parameters and structure parameters.The Gas-Liquid-Solid Triphase Multitubular Cyclone Separator,as the combined three-phase separator preseparator in the entrance,can ensure the stable operation of the follow-up device by desanding and degassing.
