The central substation is an integral part of the mine power system.He is mainly to ensure the normal use of underground excavation,drainage,ventilation,lighting and other equipment to ensure the normal operation of the main equipment.Because the mine electricity is a first class load.A power outage will result in significant economic losses.Therefore,the central substation must meet the basic requirements.The first is to ensure the reliability of power supply,followed by the design of rationality and economy.To high-quality,high standards to build the substation,the design is particularly important.The underground central substation is the whole underground power supply center,it is responsible for the entire underground tunneling face by electricity,power distribution,power transformation tasks.The basic components of the central substation are: high voltage distribution cabinet,anti riot dry-type transformer or mobile substation,high and low voltage automatic feed switch and other major parts.The calculation of the power supply of the substation must first understand the mining system,mining method and the production of mechanical equipment,according to the layout of the electricity equipment,to determine the substation power supply system diagram.On this basis,the transformer,cable,electrical equipment,and the calculation of short-circuit current and set a variety of protective devices.Through the rational layout of the main electrical wiring design,reasonable selection of electrical equipment and the concrete floor to substation system is reliable,simple,convenient,economical and reasonable,with the possibility of expansion and flexibility of changing its operation to make it more practical,more practical.At the same time,in-depth understanding of the central reserve of 10 k V substation electrical design theory and design experience,in-depth study of central substation maintenance and daily management of the power supply system,and foster independent analysis and solution of power system problems and optimization ability.
