The production of steel rolling is a high-speed and continuous automatic production process.The high speed wire rod rolling line of the flying shear control is the key part.This control system is the most complex electrical automation system of steel rolling one of the highest precision parts.So the further study about the system of the flying shear is significant.This article mainly about the flying shear control system is introduced from the following several aspects:Firstly,A simple introduction about the flying shear control system of the domestic and foreign current situation of the development is made.At the same time,the camber of blade positioning and start-stop control are analyzed.And analyzing the original speed regulation system is necessary.On this basis,the DC speed regulating device for the system is improved.Then,H bridge bidirectional power converter drive solutions are present.And the design of the fuzzy-PID controller to control flying shear control system is made and simulated in MATLAB environment by the comparison of the traditional PID control algorithm and advanced fuzzy-PID control algorithm.Results show that the advantage of the fuzzy-PID control method on the flying shear control.In addition,based on the nonlinear characteristics of the flying shear control,sliding mode variable structure control technology is presented.Sliding mode variable structure control can be designed and has nothing to do with the object parameters and disturbances which making the variable structure control quickly response,not sensitive to parameter perturbation,no simple system online identification,physical implementation and so on.So the flying shear control system of the motor control has the very good effect.Finally,the actual system of hardware and software of PLC control system is design.Through the above several aspects study on flying shear in production of steel rolling control,satisfactory results have been achieved.
