The turning milling and milling machining center integrates the process of turning and milling,which can realize the machining process of the workpiece with the same standard and multi process.The slant bed and the spindle box are the important parts of the turning milling machining center.The strength,rigidity and thermal deformation of the machine will directly affect the machining precision of the machine tool.It is of great practical value to study the strength,rigidity and thermal characteristics of the main components of the machine tool.The slanting bed for MJ-520MC/Y CNC machining center for rigid design analysis,to explore ways to facilitate the establishment of the virtual prototype simulation analysis;stress analysis of inclined lathe NC milling machining center,cutting force under typical conditions(Xi Xiaoli),the top of the machine tool parts of gravity conversion to the bed,the bed load parameters of cable.The finite element analysis method is used to carry on the static analysis and the steady state thermal analysis of the inclined bed,and the maximum temperature point of the inclined bed increases with the increase of time,and the inclined bed reaches steady state after t=60s.To investigate the load and temperature of the two inclined bed stress and strain,deformation of thermo mechanical coupling in the slant bed comprehensive deformation and position,put forward the basic idea on the improvement of the inclined bed,guide rail on the slant bed were improved,increasing thickness of rail.The modal analysis of the inclined bed,the slanting bed before the six order natural frequency and vibration mode,according to the results of the modal analysis,to optimize the slant bed,increase the upper guide and base thickness,improved slant bed three natural frequency is improved.The friction torque and heat generation of the spindle box are calculated,and the calorific value of the main heat source is obtained.The main body of the main shaft assembly is simulated and analyzed by the sequential coupling method.This paper puts forward the optimization scheme of the spindle box structure which can improve the internal heat dissipation capacity and the floating installation of the rear bearing.
