With the continuous improvement of production technology and people's awareness of the continuous improvement of product quality,the market for oil,high-quality gasoline and diesel demand is also increasing,petrochemical enterprises refined oil output quality is a big test.Before the development of intelligent on-line oil blending technology,the petrochemical company mainly adopted the artificial operation to carry on the oil product blending to the irrigation area,but because of the defects of the artificial technology,for the octane number,the anti-explosion index,the olefin content,the aromatic content,And other important indicators of gasoline can not complete a reconciliation and success,so that it must be the second,third or more blending,multiple blending will inevitably lead to some excess oil production,which led directly to rising production costs,Occupancy rate run bottlenecks,can not meet the production and economic needs,affecting the economic efficiency of enterprises[1].In order to improve the operation efficiency of storage and transportation system,combined with the actual demand of Yunnan Petrochemical Company,The introduction of Yokogawa Yokogawa company's gasoline online pipeline distribution control system(referred to as DCS),through the near-infrared detection technology[2],the implementation of gasoline online intelligent optimization and reconciliation.Oil reconciliation is one of the important production processes of petrochemical enterprises producing all kinds of petroleum products.This paper mainly studies the construction process of material movement management system and oil line blending project in Yunnan Petrochemical Irrigation District.According to the actual situation of Yunnan petrochemical project,combined with the actual production data,analysis of the way of oil blending,quality indicators,optimization principles and other aspects of the problem,to determine the use of pipeline on-line transfer,according to the actual situation of Yunnan Petrochemical project,The system structure and configuration,the relevant types of equipment and the attributes of the oil mobile operating system to complete the overall design;to achieve the oil mobile system operation and design,the design and implementation of the project,Oil blending operation design,and demonstrated the operation method.Finally,the mobile system and the blending system are introduced by an example,and the simulation results are given.The simulation results and conclusions of the project are given to determine the best product distribution under different working conditions and the optimum ratio of the constituent oil.Process adjustment and optimization of production blending recipes.For the company's actual production play a guiding role,improve the company's efficiency.
