Research On The Foot And Shoe Last Matching Technology Based On Footwear Customization

Summary of the trend of the production pattern of footwear mainly are mass production,Hi-Mix low volume manufacture,personalized customization.The products of mass production meet people's most basic material needs.Hi-Mix low volume manufacture has begun to emphasize the individual differences in the consumers,but can't guarantee that everyone is personalized.With the promotion of consumer demands,individually customized footwear products will be the pursuit of more people,and this consumer groups will gradually expand.Therefore,the shoemaking enterprises have also shifted their attention to the development of personalized shoe products' development and technology.The shoe with high requirement of fit and comfort,and the customized footwear productions' process is complex.There have any technical problems in the production process.In the basic process of customization footwear,first and the most important is to take the customers' foot data.Then,the modelers design and make shoe last according to the relationships between the foot and shoe last.The sizes and modelling of the shoe last have great influence on the shoes' fit and comfort.The acquisition means of the foot data have been developed from the traditional manual measurement to the 3D scanning.3D scanning technology have fast and accurate characteristics.The acquired foot datas linked with shoe lasts by the experienced relationships between the foot and shoe last,and it usually grasped by the modelers only themselves.When customizing shoes,the modeler determine the fit shoe last size by analyzing the relationships between the foot and shoe last.This work is time-consuming,repetitive,resistant on professional staff.Collecting the relationships between the foot and shoe last to form a rule bank.Realizing the automatic matching of the foot data and shoe last size by the relationships between the foot and shoe last.It can solve the technical problem that the foot and the shoe last can't be automatically connected.Thus,improving the efficiency of enterprises and enhance their informative technology management level.This paper studied the technology problems in the process of the customization footwear,optimized the customized shoe technology program.For foot measurement problem,the process and technical methods of 3D foot scanner Footscan are described.For the relationships between the foot and shoe last problem,surveyed the enterprise,collected the relationship datas of the basic shoe style.Analyzed problems in the customization process and made improving suggestions for enterprise.For the foot datas and the shoe last datas can't automatically connect technical problem,using database software Visual FoxPro 9.0 established the foot and shoe last databases.Achieved the datas' quering,adding,deleteing,modifying and printing function.And it provided the data support for the realization of the foot and shoe last automatic matching.Finally,took the male three vamp leather shoe style 07 BGX as an example,referenced the concept of expert system,designed the matching process of the system,established the matching rule of foot and shoe last,and realized the automatic matching of the foot and shoe last.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The paper expressed the relationships between the foot and shoe last in a rule form,established the foot and shoe last relationship rules of the male three vamp leather shoe style 07 BGX.The expression form of a rule laid the foundation for the matching of the foot and shoe last data.(2)The paper basing on Visual FoxPro database software developed the foot and shoe last data retrieval and matching system software used for footwear customization.Which could retrieve and service the foot and shoe last datas,realized the matching function of the foot and shoe last.(3)The use of 3D scanning technology,database technology and the introduction of expert system related knowledge can optimize the process of the footwear customization.They can provide good technical means to solve the problems existing in the footwear customization process.
