In the process of dairy farming,detecting the real-time milk yield and daily milk yield accurately has great help for dairy farming enterprises to master each cow milk production situation,a reasonable feeding cows,out of low-yielding cows and increase the economic efficiency.Currently,in a small ranch milking parlor the methods for getting milk production information for each cow are mostly used to rely on manual observation of the volumetric method,in order to ensure the health and safety of milk issues in the measurement process.Measuring container need to be cleaned regularly which is not only consumption,low efficiency,but also led to the observation error due to human factors.In the large ranches they mainly use the infrared meter equipment,which is produced by Afimilk.At present,the purchase of the equipment is completely dependent on imports.It is expensive,difficulty to maintain the technology and con't be used in large-scale domestic pasture.Therefore,in order to reduce the tedious work of weighed daily,registration,record tedious work for milk production workers,using real-time,automatic,fast,accurate and convenient detection recording system to replace the current domestic small ranch manual input method.This paper based on the Lambert-Beer law: absorption intensity of substance for a monochromatic light related on concentration and thickness of the light-absorbing substance research.For medium uniformly fresh milk main ingredient is water,protein,lactose,fat,in the milk concentrations in certain cases,the absorbance of milk related to the thickness,according to this characteristic,to obtain the instantaneous thickness of the transfer tube of milk,and further designed a species using near infrared light real-time automatic detection of milk production systems.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to Lambert-Beer law for a homogeneous medium milk the absorbance is related to milk concentration and thickness.On this feature,refer to domestic and foreign literature,designed using near-infrared light to detect the overall scheme of milk flow to achieve real-time detection of flow milk.(2)The hardware circuit was designed for milk flow detection system.The detection system consists of an infrared transmitter circuit,microcontroller systems,infrared receiver amplifier,automatic identification identity module and wireless communication module and the host computer system.Infrared transmitter circuit by a constant current source module,near-infrared light-emitting tube,transistor switch circuit,function is to provide a stable nearinfrared light to detect the thickness of the milk;infrared receiver amplifier by the optical sensor and filter amplifier circuit,the main function is to receive nearly infrared light and converted into a corresponding voltage signal,filtered,amplified;SCM system which is the core of the milk flow monitoring system uses the STM32 microcontroller minimum system.The main function is to control the circulation near infrared light transmitter and receiver to detect analog signals by A\D converted into corresponding digital signal;a low-power wireless communication module by a wireless transmitter and receiver communication modules,function is to complete the transfer of data with the host computer system;identity automatic recognition module Central RF and RF reader from the composition,function is to carry identity cows automatic identification,to facilitate the detection of milk cows in association with the corresponding;PC system from the PC and the wireless receiver module and PC serial communication lines.(3)Further complete single-chip module program design,system implementation process through real-time detection of the thickness of the inner milk transfer tube thickness to obtain information and the flow rate and flow through the time information from the wireless communication system data preprocessing and transmitted to the host computer.The main program includes control loop design of near-infrared light emission,DMA data access,A\D data conversion and data wireless transmission;developed a PC analysis software in LabVIEW environment provides the user control interface,to achieve milk receiving,processing,storage and access functions such as the amount of data information.After a lot of preliminary experiments,the system can achieve real-time detection of dynamic milk flow.The greatest feature of the detection system is the use of near-infrared light to detect,not in direct contact with the source of milk.Milk to prevent pollution to ensure the health safety of milk and complete single-chip control,automatic cluster removers.The system will be automated,digitized and Livestock combination,to achieve digital animal husbandry foundation,has broad application prospects.
