Recently, fabrication of nanocomposite structure becomes a hot spot and AAO template is one of the most popular template in making nanocomposite structure. In infrared absorption area, AAO can easily achieve infrared absorption structure. In this paper, we use AAO template to make Au composite structure and analyse its infrared property. The focuses are electric-chemistry deposition method, fabrication of nanocomposite structure and nanoarrays structure.(1) fabrication of AAO template and electric deposition Au nanoarrays. Using double anodize method AAO template with pore width of 60nm is fabricated; tiered voltage control method is applied to reduce the barrier of the AAO; pore expansion method is employed to make AAO with different pore width. Electric chemistry deposition of is employed to find the best deposition condition.(2) Based on the fabrication method, the control shape and size of the nanocomposite structure are realized by changing template and deposition condition.The products include plate nanocomposite structure, tiered nanocomposite structure and double layer nanocomposite structure. Each of the products has unique infrared absorbing property, based on the size and shape.(3) Adding erosion process to get rid of AAO template, nanocomposite structure are modified to contain more complicate structures. Standing structure, cluster structure and double layer structure are made, and broad band infrared absorbing property is detected.
