Nanomaterials or structures have always been the focus of research by scholars at home and abroad.Since the discovery of porous alumina templates,it has been widely used in the preparation of nanomaterials and nanomaterials due to its simple preparation,low cost,adjustable size,and orderly cycle.The structure has made great contributions in various fields.In this paper,based on the formation mechanism of porous alumina and changes in structural parameters,the preparation of porous alumina templates and the template-based gold nanowire array deposition process are studied,and the preparation methods and properties of the micron-length gold nanowire array composite structure are discussed,and design The sub-micron length gold nanopillar array composite structure is finally realized,and the goals of ultra-wideband absorption performance in the infrared band and selective absorption at 8 ?m are finally achieved.(1)According to the related theory of porous alumina preparation,the preparation process of the double-pass porous alumina template is studied,the single-pass porous alumina template is prepared by the secondary anodization method,and then the aluminum barrier layer is removed and the gold substrate is sputtered as an electrode.Through the plastic sealing process,the problem of the brittleness of the double-pass porous alumina template and the fragility of the subsequent deposition process was solved.Finally,the double-pass porous alumina template with a pore size of 40 nm and a length of 20?m was prepared by controlling the expansion time.This template can be directly used for subsequent electrochemical deposition of gold nanowire array composite structures.(2)Using the self-made AAO template,according to the principle of electrochemical deposition,the influence of electrolyte,deposition voltage,and deposition time on the electrochemical deposition process was studied respectively,and the preparation process of the gold nanowire array composite structure suitable for this paper was proposed.The length of the deposited gold nanowires is controllable.The technology of removing the gold electrode layer substrate was studied,and a simple and efficient removal method was proposed: using a specific concentration of gold etching solution,removing the gold electrode substrate by controlling the etching time,and obtaining a double-pass long nanowire array composite structure with adjustable length.Finally,by testing the infrared absorption characteristics of the composite structure of the porous alumina template and the long nanowire array,the broadband absorption effect in the infrared band was initially realized.(3)In view of the relatively weak absorption at 8?m of the long nanowire array composite structure,based on the quarter-wavelength absorption theory,the influencing factors of the short nanopillar array composite structure were simulated and analyzed,and the short nanopillar array composite absorbing structure was designed.,To achieve a high absorption effect at 8?m.Secondly,the short nano-pillar array composite absorbing structure is optimized,combined with the magnetic resonance mechanism,local surface plasmon resonance theory and quarter-wavelength absorption theory,the grating-type short nano-pillar array composite absorbing structure is designed to achieve The perfect absorption at 8.4?m,or the addition of a lossy medium has a broadband perfect absorption characteristic around 8?m.
