In recent years,polypropylene material used in our daily life more widely,especially for food,medicine,baby products such as plastic products packaging,which require higher safety and environmental protection.Many companies develop the new product to meet the market demand for polypropylene material.It was found that in the development process of polypropylene material applications continues to expand,first of all,the performance of polypropylene material itself is far unable to meet the needs of the application,or even cause adverse effects in the production.Secondly,polypropylene material itself structure in the process of processing and storage and long-term use will inevitably influence by heat,light and oxygen conditions,lead to the deterioration of materials,and a concomitant decrease,bad appearance In order to solve the problem,according to the structural characteristics of polypropylene and application characteristics and the use of the environment,in the production,Stockpiling and use of various links,to prevent deterioration of materials by adding various additives and antioxidants,and improve and maintain the excellent performance of the original polypropylene material,enhance the performance of some products.Through the study of composite antioxidant on the biaxially oriented polypropylene film(BOPP film)application in powder material,without affecting the speed of BOPP special material processing performance,find out the applicable BOPP high-speed production line production needs and market demand.The main contents of antioxidants can be summarized as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems existing in the application of antioxidant,the antioxidant compound RT-28 B as the experimental object,industrial production of composite antioxidant RT-28 B is suitable for special material from BOPP,additives and polymer compatibility,durability additives,additives and processing adaptability of products,the use of the additive and synergistic effect of additives is restricted the effect of anti phase and five aspects about the selection and application of additives.The test in the production process of various performance indicators can produce the design requirements.(2)Industrial trial production in polypropylene plant,classification of data recording and analysis of the trial process,compared with the original agent,in the form of chart,analysis of test results,the product of the isotactic index,melt index and ash and some related technical indicators compared with the original additive phase,without increasing the difficulty of the operation,but also to reduce the production cost,to meet the requirements of industrial production of polypropylene plant,no adverse reaction in downstream users masterbatch of BOPP thin films and the antioxidant involved in the production.(3)Finally,the properties of RT-28 B antioxidant prepared in this paper are summarized.The antioxidant has excellent properties in BOPP special material,and summarizes and looks forward to its large-scale and expanded production applications.
