Study On Energy Saving Of RFCCU In ARGG Process

Now energy consumption for total of fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)units in China is about 30% in the whole petroleum refining industry.Therefore,it is important to reduce the energy consumption of FCC units via finding efficient methods.As for the 1.8 Mt/a ARGG unit of Daqing Refining and Chemical Company,using Beijing Research Institute of Petroleum Development ARGG patented technologies,including reaction-regeneration system,fractionation systems,stability systems,dry gas and liquid hydrocarbons and gasoline desulfurization system,flue gas heat recovery system.During the September 2009 inspection Implementation of MIP-CGP transformation,stable gasoline olefin content reduced by 10 units or more,and further improve product distribution,means energy consumption has declined,according to industrial calibration data,analyzed the main reasons for the high energy consumption of the device: slurry pipeline and heat exchanger tubes flow rate is low,the system easy to coke,used to be worn inside the riser,amine regeneration tower often fluctuate,amine regeneration of poor quality,the outer body has taken heat hot spots,bottlenecks and other constraints a long-term operation.Through unremitting efforts,through the flue gas turbine,the stripping section of the reaction,the feed nozzle,Yu boiler system,gasoline refining and other systems,a series of technological innovation,and to achieve means to reduce catalyst consumption;slurry outside the rejection was reduced;reduced It means the risk of unplanned downtime.Catalyst consumption dropped 690.20 tons annual savings of catalyst,the catalyst does not tax price 18325.43 yuan / ton,the annual savings of auxiliary materials cost 12.65 million yuan.Precipitator efficiency cyclones,slurry solids content decreased,the slurry yield can be controlled within a reasonable range(4.5%),the purpose of improving product yield,increase ARGG means FCC gasoline and diesel production.
