Oil-water pipes are usually raised from the ground in oilfield work over operations.For most oil wells in Daqing Oilfield,if the oil-water pipe is not stuck,the minor repair machine can be successfully pull out the pipe.But once the pipe is stuck,exceed the range of minor repair machine workload,only overhaul machine can be competent this project.The high cost and the long working cycle seriously influence the economic benefits of the oilfield.Therefore,it is necessary to use the stuck releasing device for oil-water wells,which can avoid overhaul.In this paper,the kava system in pipe free for workover rig in oil and water well is studied.Through theoretical analysis and finite element simulation calculation,the kava system is analyzed comprehensively.The following research contents are carried out:(1)Analysis of the structure and working principle of the pipe free for workover rig in oil and water wells.The working principle,system composition,main components is analyzed and researched.Finite element analysis and calculation of stress between the main components is to determine the rated working load and the stress distribution and whether the design of safety.The method of analysis is mainly supported by COSMOS finite element analysis software which based on Solidworks modeling software.(2)Structural analysis and optimization of kavaAs a key component of kava device,kava's structure has a great influence on the loads.According to the working principle and force analysis,the force condition influence of the structural changing is studied.The most optimum kava structure is selected.(3)Analysis and optimization of kava's tooth typeThe kava's tooth type is one of the important factors that affect the column can be clamped.tooth type determines whether the column can be embeded,embeding depth and volume by the teeth.Thus affecting the pulling force and the scope of pipe free.By analyzing the variation of the kava's tooth type,specification and inclination angle to the influence of the stress condition,the optimum tooth shape structure is selected.The design is based on SolidWorks2010 modeling,using COSMOSWorks for finite element calculation.Field application shows that the optimal design is more reliable and efficient than the conventional design.
