Wellhead maintenance work is still mainly based on manual operation in the processof oil field drilling operation maintenance. The operation method is characterized as laborintensive, operating cumbersome, even accompanied by different risk factors. Therefore,controllable operation equipment maintenance investigated by independent researches isparticularly important. The elevator is one of the important equipments for workovertreatment, whose improvement on automation control becomes a major means of oilfieldwellhead maintenance mechanization and automation.In order to adapt to the dispersion of workover well, improve the efficiency andreliability of operation equipment, design the integrated repair workover equipment.Integration of equipment repair, lifting derrick, power, control, monitoring, blowoutpreventer, receiving tube, transportation system, can achieve the function of the equipment,vehicle integration the whole system, completed the first evolution, integration of the hightemperature is not well pressure dimension design of vehicle maintenance equipment.Based on design ideas and function characteristics of various types of elevator(manual elevator, the power elevator), this paper introduces the status of the domesticoilfield drilling maintenance process. A new type of automatic elevator elevator designscheme was put forward, which conforms to the workover treatment technology andprocess requirements, and is analyzed design calculation. In the design process,3D modelof elevator was created by using SolidWorks software. By ANSYS finite element analysissoftware, the elevator system main components were theoretically analyzed and madestructural strength and modal analysis. Finally, the design fully met the engineeringrequirements. In the end, importing the established3D model into Motion for dynamicsimulation analysis the movement of virtual prototype.The analysis study shows that, elevator kinematics and dynamics analysis of the dataconform to the requirements of the workover operation hoisting down string, and providescertain theoretical basis for further optimizing product improvement.
