The development of numerical control technology started in the middle time of the last century in China, through a series of introduction of numerical control technology, china has a great progress in technology and industry, especially in recent years, our country has a most scale growth in numerical control industry. But long-term depending on import CNC machine tools, lowing overall strength in our country, it is obvious in high-grade numerical control machine tools, and lack of competitiveness with the market. The main reason is lacking of persistent research, talents and service consciousness, and the national attention is inadequate, etc.In this paper, confirmed dynamic parameters of CNC vertical lathe for CJK5116A through a series of calculating, and finished design of its transmission mechanism, and checked the gear shafts through finite element methods and verified by simulation of transmission ratio, the result confirmed the result data accurately. Using finite element method realized dynamic analysis to machine tool structure, confirmed machine tool finite element model, and putting forward how to avoid the destruction factors for machine tool through the harmonic response and random vibration analysis influencing machine tool structure. Optimizing the column of the machine tool through the topology optimization method, the result shows it is also meeting the requirements.In this paper also carries out design of the tool post screw and the selection of motor, confirmed the screw type, and manifested no exist crawling phenomenon through kinematics analysis, so its accuracy can confirmed. For machine tool guiding, in this paper, selecting in rectangular section rail, through positioning principle, achieving accurate position, and using inclined panel to adjust the gap can keep the accuracy.Figure [30] table [7] reference [54]...
