recovery rate.At the same time,the oil-water emulsification is serious,and the particle size of the droplet is small and the rate of oil-water separation The presence of the polymer increases the viscosity of the extracted liquid;the interfacial tension of the oil-water interface is low,the electronegativity is strong,the oil-water interface film is high;the mechanical impurities of the extracted liquid are high,and the interlayer;After filtration,the salinity of the collected liquid water is high,the degree of oil and water emulsification is high,and the oil and water separation is difficult.The addition of various chemical agents in the process of extraction of ternary compound flooding has changed the composition of the effluent and,to a certain extent,led to the fouling of the crude oil gathering and transportation pipeline.Pipeline fouling has increased the resistance of the liquid flow Resulting in energy loss,reduce the utilization of the pipeline,so the oil field is an urgent need to develop a merger of demulsification and anti-scaling function of the pharmaceutical,to achieve a multi-effect to the oil field economic benefits.The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.With low hydrogen-containing silicone oil as the main chain,allyl polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene methyl ether,allyl polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene acetate,allyl polyoxyethylene epoxy ether as a branch,different Propanol as solvent and chloroplatinic acid as catalyst to prepare comb-type polysiloxane crude oil demulsifier.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,ratio of materials,amount of solvent and amount of catalyst on the conversion of reaction were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal test.The optimum synthesis conditions were as follows: molar ratio of silicon hydrogen bond to carbon-carbon double bond was 1 : 1.2,the reaction temperature is 100 ?,the amount of catalyst is 20?g / g,the reaction time is 5h,the amount of solvent is 45%,and the conversion rate is 90.25% under this condition.The product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),and the desiredproduct was obtained by the analysis of the spectrum and the expected target product.2.Epoxy succinic acid was prepared by ion polymerization.Epoxy succinic acid was prepared.The effects of polymerization temperature,polymerization time,system alkalinity and amount of initiator on the scale inhibition were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal test.The optimum synthesis conditions The polymerization reaction temperature was 100 ?,the polymerization time was 3h,the amount of initiator was 16% and the amount of alkali was 2%.Under this condition,the anti-scaling rate polysiloxane crude oil demulsifier by combing polysiloxane crude oil demulsifier and polyepoxysuccinic acid as raw material.With the comb-type polysiloxane crude oil demulsifier branched epoxy group through the ring-opening addition reaction grafted polyepoxysuccinic acid,so that the original has a demulsification function at the same time with anti-scaling function to achieve a multi-effect.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,material ratio and catalyst dosage on the reaction conversion were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal test.The optimum synthesis conditions were as follows:the molar ratio of epoxy group to PESA was 1: 1.2,the reaction temperature was60 ?,the amount of catalyst is 20 mg / g,the reaction time is 4h,and the conversion rate reaches 90.08% under this condition.The product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR),and the desired product was obtained by the analysis of the spectrum and the expected target product.4.The performance of the composite molybdenum crude oil demulsifier was evaluated by the bottle test method.The influence of different branched molar ratio on the demulsification performance was studied,and the optimum molar ratio was 4: 3: 2.The demulsification and anti-fouling properties of the bifunctional polysiloxane crude oil demulsifier were evaluated to determine the optimum molar ratio of 4: 3: 3.The surface tension of two products was measured by surface tension meter.When the concentration of 0.6 g / L was reached at the minimum value of 21.69 mN / m,the critical concentration of briquette polysiloxane The crude oil concentration of the crude oil reached a minimum of 22.43 mN / m and reached the critical micelle different demulsification temperature The performance of the demulsifier SP-169 was good in the dehydration rate and oil-water interface,and the oil content in the aqueous phase was relatively large.Demulsifier GT-D01 in the water phase of low oil content,high dehydration rate,oil and water interface is poor.Demulsifier P-1501 in the dehydration rate,water phase oil content and oil-water interface compared with other advantages.The two products exhibit excellent demulsification performance compared to other demulsifiers.
