With the Daqing Oilfield gradually moving into the late stage of crude oil extra ction,moisture content continues to rise,the oil production increased the amount of sewage,ground sewage treatment project construction costs and processing costs incr eased year by year.The combined treatment of coarse-grained installation and Multicup isocratic separator is an efficient sewage treatment and technology that can redu ce the cost of construction of sewage treatment systems and improve the efficiency of treatment of oily wastewater and reduce oil field Processing costs and operating c osts.This paper investigates the research status of coarse-grained technology in recent years and summarizes the mechanism and dynamics theory of coarse-grained techno logy.The experimental study on the coarsening of oil-water separation and coarse-gr ained oil-water separation was carried out.The optimal test of the size of the coarse-grained material and the oleophobic-coated quartz sand was carried out.The optimu m size of the oleophobic silica sand was 20~40 mesh(0.425 mm to 0.850mm).The optimum installation method of the coarse granulation device and the horizontal insta llation are given.At the same time,the optimum size of the coarse granulation devi ce is 2 times the length of the over-After the coarse-grained device and multi-cup and other flow-type separator to experiment,and determine the separation effect.
