Dust hazards are still serious,the production accidents that caused by dust and the number of patients suffering from pneumoconiosis is increasing,environment control and dust control is without delay.As a important front-end work in dust control,dust detection is an important part of the indispensable.Field work shows that humidity has a direct impact on the dust detector,which is a technology problems to be solved for direct-reading dust concentration detection.In this paper,based on the analysis and comparison of the current dust concentration detection method,and through the error analysis which based on the ?-ray method and the light scattering method,to obtain the influence of the humidity on the dust concentration detection.Put forward to two types of humidity correction methods,the main research results are as follows:(1)Theoretical research.According to the theoretical theory of ?-ray and light scattering theory,to establish the mathematical model of dust concentration with detection factors,and the factors that could lead to the change of direct-reading dust concentration were analyzed.Analyzed the actual meaning of each factor and the possibility of introduction error.Which provides a reference for studying the influence of humidity on the detection results of dust concentration detection equipment.(2)Influence rule.In order to eliminate the influence of other factors on the experimental results before studying the humidity influence,So made an experimental study to analysis the influence of temperature,wind speed and dust type on the test results.Experiments show that the reasonable control of these variables can affect the experimental results,so as to get the discipline of environmental humidity on the direct-reading dust concentration detection.(3)Improvement measures.Based on the existing dehumidification technology,a correction method of direct reading dust error caused by eliminating humidity is proposed,which realizes the correction of direct test results.According to the experiment and application effect,the degree of dehumidification of the measurement and the post-test elimination is compared with the effect of the elimination and the elimination of the humidity in the different stages,and put forward the practical feasibility.The implementation of the project is based on the laboratory dust concentration calibration system to build the experimental environment,the influence of the humidity factors on the dust measurement is analyzed,and the effect of the proposed humidity correction measures is compared.It is proved that the direct-reading dust concentration detector based on ?-ray method and light scattering method will be affected by the environmental humidity,which will lead to the error of dust measurement.The relative humidity starts from 50% RH and the dust concentration increases.Compare the effect of two methods of correcting humidity.The elimination of the method can reduce the humidity on the direct reading of the concentration of dust detection,and has a good repeatability.
