Reciprocating compressor as petrochemical production in lifting and transporting the gas pressure in the core equipment is widely used in many industrial areas of machinery.The vibration of the reciprocating compressor pipe is one of the main criteria to assess its safety,so the study of its pipeline vibration has significant engineering value and economic benefits.In this paper,referring to2D-90 combined compressor vibration problem,explore the vibration theory and method of pipeline system.The details are as follows:1.The reasonof the vibration of the reciprocating compressor pipe is analyzed:(1)Pipeline system vibration caused by the airflow pulsation pipeline vibration;(2)Pipeline system vibration caused by resonance;(3)Vibration of the machine body caused pipeline vibration.The fluctuation value of 2D-90 combined compressor is calculated by plane wave theory and transfer matrix method.And the pulsation of each node of the compressor pipeline is obtained.2.According to the electro-acoustic simulation method,the equivalent circuit of 2D-90 combined compressor pipeline was established.The natural frequency of the air column of the reciprocating compressor was simulated by using MATLAB / SIMULINK simulation software.Comparing the calculated natural frequency of the gas column with the excitation frequency of the compressor,it is verified that the gas column resonance does not occur in the pipeline.3.CAESAR? was used to analyze the static stress of the compressor pipe system under different working conditions.The stress amplitude and the stress of the pipe support were extracted and the stability was analyzed.Then dynamic response analysis of the pipeline,to give mechanical natural frequency of the pipe system.Based on the comprehensive analysis results,the pipeline modification scheme is put forward.Finally,the maximal dynamic stress and vibration displacement of the pipe are checked with the API-618 standard.4.The pipeline vibration experiment of 2D-90 combined compressor was carried out.The maximum vibration displacement of the compressor pipeline is obtained and compared with the pipeline simulation resultsAt last,the optimization method of pipeline structure and the measures to control vibration are given.
