With the rapid growth of the industrial production level and the improvement of people's living standard,oil has become an indispensable source of energy in China,but in the 21 st century,energy consumption grew rapidly in our country,the oil crisis is becoming more and more serious,the energy consumed in the heat oil pipeline is about 1 to 3 percent of total energy consumption,the cost of energy is huge.So taking appropriate methods to improve the comprehensive utilization of energy,optimizing the design and operation of waxy crude oil pipeline have become an important subject in our country's economic development.Only from the thermodynamic point to optimize and analysis the oil pipeline system has been unable to satisfy the specific requirements of energy saving.The traditional method of exergy analysis can show the exergy consumption situation of system,reveal the law of exergy loss distribution,but it can not give a good explanation for the reasons of the exergy loss.The exergy economic method is a combination of exergy analysis methods and economic analysis methods,it can comprehensively reflect the law of energy value flow and give the exergy flow a price in the system,as much as possible to reduce the exergy cost of pipeline,so the exergy economic method is easy to understand and apply to the actual production process.This paper applies the exergy economic optimization method to the crude oil pipeline transportation.According to the exergy analysis method and the exergy flow pricing method,the exergy balance equation and the exergy cost equation of crude oil pipeline system are established,and by using the reasonable cost sharing method to introduce the auxiliary equation,the fuel exergy price,the pressure exergy specific consumption price and the heat exergy specific consumption price are determined,and then the exergy economic model is established with the minimizing total exergy cost of crude oil pipeline system,optimizing the crude oil pipeline system through the changes in law of the total exergy cost under different influencing factors,determining the best running plan of crude oil pipeline program,and giving the optimal operating parameters under the premise that the pipeline is safe and reasonable running.Finally,using exergy economics to optimize the crude oil pipeline insulating layer thickness,then concluding the superiority of exergy economics in the optimization of crude oil pipeline system,so it makes sense that more solutions and theoretical bases are provided to improve the actual oil pipeline system.
