In rotary steering drilling,to ensure that the borehole trajectory to form closed-loop control,One of the most important technology is the downlink information transmission technology.With the use of the information transmission device,you can pass the instruction that has be compiled to mine by using the mud pressure pulses,so that to control the assignment of downhole drilling tool.Study of this technology,can change the present situation that the technology was monopolized by several foreign companies,and let the drilling downward information transmission technology be localization.Article research content includes: the selection and design of coding method,the rotary steering drilling downward information transmission method of analysis,developed a new drilling downward information transmission equipment,which controlled by computer,choosing the way of coding to match the transmission,design of the downhole information receivers.The transmission device adopts three-way valve to manufacture mud pressure wave,and the development of downhole receiving system using the recognition principle of turbine generator output voltage change.Moreover,perfect the system of encoding & decoding and software & hardware design.The article studies the rotary steering drilling downward information transfer way for mud pulse method,its structure is simple,has high reliability.This Project is a part of the important equipment development by CNPC in 2014.Using the underground experiment,confirmed the function of this system,and the maneuverability,and conforms to the actual demand of rotary steering drilling.The complete set of information download transmission device has been tested through the field test,obtained a good effect.
