Steerable rotary dirlling technology is a dirlling technology with fiill performance, Whichhave the features of high control accuracy in the well bore orbit, good effect in hole cleaning,and ability in displacement extension. Without appropirate debugging stabilizer duirngstudying, it is diiffcult to read the real-time data from the scene,we must stop, then use thesimulation tools to read parameter data. In order to solve the problem, a method to achievecommunication is proposed, which use the mode of wireless transmission between the hostand the slave machine.The background and current situation of rotary steerable dirlling technology arc descirbed,composition of the rotary steerable dirlling tool and the working pirnciple of stable platformare elaborated, then structural and function of the rotary steerable dirlling tool in domestic areanalyzed. Communication mode and the interface properties are summarized, micro-powcrwireless module is selected. Meanwhile, consideirng the characteirstics of rotary steerabledirlling tool, the overall framework of the debugging platform monitoirng system is designed,and communication protocol is introduced in detail. The parameters settings and onlinemodifications are achieved by using the MCGS conifguration sotfware.Connect the hardware of the system, then conduct the seiral port test, debug the analogdevice and the Modbus device one atfer another in configuration sotfware. As a result, weachieve the communication between the PC and the stable platform.
