The main reservoir of Daqing oilfield polymer flooding technology is relatively mature,for the study of combinations of layers,well spacing and the molecular weight of polymer has been perfect,but the adaptability of the method to the three kinds of poor reservoir development needs further research,because the river sandbody scale is small,do not have the massive flooding the conditions,in order to demonstrate this kind of small channel sand feasibility and economic effect of local polymer flooding were carried out in A block,local injection site test.The injection parameters by experiment experimental optimization,meet the A block of sand injection;first flooding scheme of polymer was determined using static testing and dynamic test of oil layer for the P7 group to the effective thickness is greater than 1m,river sand and polymer connectivity for K polymer,the concentration of 1000mg/L and the viscosity is 40 mPa.s,injection rate is 0.12PV/a,the amount of the polymer is 480mg/L.The effect of polymer flooding was predicted by using the numerical simulation software DQCHEMEOR was developed according to the chemical flooding,injection parameters of oil displacement scheme design,polymer flooding for 3 years,injecting polymer powder 595 t,model prediction of total injection pore volume is 0.37 PV,the stage of cumulative production of oil is 8.2 ×104t,polymer flooding recovery stage the ultimate recovery rate of 15%,49%polymer flooding and water flooding in EOR 7%,per ton of polymer oil extended 52 t.Through the whole process of oil test of polymer flooding analysis,summarizes the A field experiment has achieved the following conclusions: before polymer injection in order to reduce the influence of water injection wells in the test area of wells,plugging the test area on the side of the water flooding effect;early take up the hole and pull blocking measures to improve the injection production relationship,polymer injection effect after extract measures;low water cut stage timely fracturing,improve the reservoir status;water recovery wells to improve local injection concentration,control water recovery rate,water level low production well take fracturing measures,give full play to the effect of oil flooding;injection poly later take plugging measures to reduce injection pressure,cut into the program,ease into the difficult situation.This test provides practical experience for local injection of oil reservoirs in development zones similar to A blocks.
