In the development of the society,oil occupies an important position,and the demand for petroleum energy is increasing everyday.Most of the crude oil in our country belongs to high pour point crude oil.The physical property of crude oil has brought some difficulties to the exploitation and transportation of crude oil.The temperature of crude oil can be changed by adding wax inhibitors,which can reduce the difficulty of crude oil exploitation and save transportation cost.At present,there are some problems in the environment of wax inhibitors.In this paper,the sensibility of two kinds of mixed oils to the safety and environmental protection wax inhibitor is studied.Through the study of the effect of solvent on the effect of wax inhibitors,it is concluded that-35# diesel oil has good solubility,and it has no pollution.Using-35# diesel as environment-friendly wax inhibitors solvent,the environment-friendly wax inhibitors are added to the mixed oils with different wax contents,changing the reaction time,reaction temperature,dosage of wax inhibitor.The experimental results show that the optimum reaction conditions for the mixed oils with wax content of 15% and 25% are: the reaction time is 40 min,the reaction temperature is 60?,and the dosage is 300 ppm.The optimum reaction conditions for the mixed oils with wax content of 35% is: the reaction time is 40 min,the reaction temperature is 60 ?,and the dosage is 400 ppm.Two kinds of wax inhibitors are added to the mixed oils which with different resin content.Adding differernt amounts of wax inhibitors,the result shows that carboxylic ester wax inhibitor to high ewsin content of mixed oils has better effect,the pour point of mixed oil decrease of 26 ?.The wax inhibitor(WI-1)was added to the mixed oils with different resin content.By changing different treatment temperature and different reaction temperature,it shows the following conclusion: the reaction temperature could reduce the viscosity of the mixed oil greatly.When the processing temperature at 65 ?,the reaction temperature at 60 ?.The viscosity of mixed oils is minimum.The wax inhibitor WI-1 can reduce the viscosity about 40 mm2/s of mixed oils which resin concent is 16.11%.The wax inhibitors are added to the mixed oils with different resin content get the following conclusions: when the dosage is 300 ppm,the resin content between 3-5%,the wax inhibitors has the best effect.The wax inhibitor contained vinyl acetate can reduced the wax grow up.When the dosage of 300 ppm,the inhibiting rate was 65.9%.The results of orthogonal experiment are as follows,the influence degree of order:dosage > reaction time > wax inhibitor > reaction temperature;the best proportion of mixed wax inhibitor PI40 : EVA32 : PMA for 6:3:1,-35# diesel is a safety and environmental solvent used for dissolving wax inhibitor.Preparation of 6:3:1 scale FI-2depressant effect is the best,the dosage is 400 ppm,pour point reduction of 24 ?.Whenthe reaction time is 40 min,the reaction temperature is 60?,the dosage is 400 ppm,the mixed wax inhibitor FI-2(PI40:EVA32:PMA ratio of 6:3:1)added to the oil(Fangpu86-S-026),the inhibiting rate can reach 83.6%.
