Gathering System Energy Consumption Analysis And Peration Optimization Of Lamadian Oilfield

After decades of lamadian oilfield production and development,at present already entered recovery degree is high,the comprehensive high moisture content,oil production period of natural decline speed,and has gradually gathering system load,the system efficiency is low,the overall energy consumption increased.Face more problems in the field gathering system,energy optimization was studied for the determining the scene gathering system,reduce the energy consumption situation of gathering system,reduce the operation cost gathering system,will run efficient low consumption of oil field technology system,play a very important role.In this paper,according to the actual situation of lamadian oilfield gathering system,mainly in the following several aspects work:(1)to develop finished oil gathering and transferring system efficiency and energy consumption analysis of application,the system can realize the gathering and transferring system efficiency analysis,running status diagnosis,adjust the retrofit scheme simulation,etc;(2)using the developed system of the test block of crude oil gathering and transferring system efficiency and energy consumption distribution analysis,points out the weak link of system can use existing and energy-saving potential,and the corresponding energy saving measures are put forward.By using the software four turn station of lamadian oilfield gathering and transferring system energy consumption analysis found that among each link,turn the energy loss of the largest gas station;In the total energy loss,heat loss accounts for about 85% to 98%,dominant in the total energy loss.So operation optimization of the emphasis is on how to reduce heat loss.On this basis,according to four turn station,targeted operation optimization measures are put forward,improve energy utilization.
