| With the development of social economy,environmental pollution problems become more and more prominent,environmental pollution control has become a hot issue of social concern.To ensure the harmonious development of economy and environment,it is particularly important to improve the ability for monitoring environmental conditions.Traditional methods of measuring environmental data from ground-based sites are limited in the number of monitoring sites which are concentrated in urban areas.For this reason,they can not provide a widespread coverage of dynamic environmental information and are not enough to meet the needs of regional environmental pollution monitoring.The rapid development of aerospace,satellite remote sensing and data communication technology made remote sensing technology widely used in environmental monitoring.However,most staff in the environmental monitoring department are without remote sensing background.With the increasing of the number of remote sensing satellites,especially in latest years the domestic satellite remote sensing data are gradually replacing foreign satellite remote sensing data,there are many problems in the application of remote sensing data.In this paper,the author combined IDL language,ArcGIS Engine and.NET technology designed and developed an integrated application platform for environment monitoring using multi-source remote sensing.It integrates data management,data processing,environmental monitoring index extraction and environmental monitoring,and will provide technical support for environmental monitoring.The main contents and achievements of this paper include the following aspects.(1)Designed a solution to support multi-source remote sensing dataAt present,the format of remote sensing data is different,the data file is large,and new remote sensing data types are emerging.How to encapsulate the data processing module to meet the increasing demand of data format,and obtain the target information quickly from the remote sensing data are urgent problem needed to be solved.Based on IDL and C#technology,this paper makes full uses of the advantages of IDL in dealing with remote sensing data and the plug-in technology to achieve a dynamic expansion of data support,which highly improved effectiveness of software operation.(2)The use of plug-in technology to encapsulate the algorithmAiming at solving poor maintenance and low utilization rate of existing software,the modular encapsulation and plug-in integration method are adopted to improve the expansibility of the software,realize the continuous expansion and update the software function without changing the original code.(3)Develop the application platform for environment monitoring using multi-source remote sensingUnder the support of the above technology,the author combined IDL technology with C#.NET designed and developed the system to meet the requirements of environmental remote sensing monitoring.The operating efficiency of the system is improved by data block parallel processing.Finally,the application of the platform is demonstrated by several cases such as monitoring of air pollution around Shanghai Chemical Industry Park,the estimation of biomass energy of Lu’an,Anhui Province and so on. |
