At present,some gas fields are found to contain hydrogen sulfide gas in the process of actual production,and hydrogen sulfide gas will corrode the pipeline and the wellbore.at the same time,it will do harm to the environment.In order to purify natural gas,gas fields usually add hydrogen sulfide scavenger to the removal of sulfur from the ground.Removal of hydrogen sulfide from natural gas.But the ground desulfurization complex,high investment.Therefore,This paper considers the work of removing hydrogen sulfide in the wellbore.Adding the hydrogen sulfide scavenger to the wellbore to remove hydrogen sulfide from the natural gas.It produce other non-corrosive compounds to reduce the corrosion of hydrogen sulfide and the Pollution.Experimental evaluation of effective hydrogen sulfide scavenger in wellbore,it can provide a new idea for the existing ways to remove sulfur,for the safety of the scene to achieve multiple protection.The main research objective of this paper is to establish the research of efficient sulfur removal agent in wellbore through laboratory experiment,and to provide theoretical basis for the implementation of sulfur removal in wellbore.The specific research work is as follows:(1)Through consulting relevant literature,based on the research of the existing method removing hydrogen sulfide,combining with the measured by iodometry test hydrogen sulfide and the characteristics of wellbore sulphur removal,design a set of hydrogen sulfide scavenger indoor experimental evaluation process.In the process of experiment,the factors affecting the experimental error are summarized and eliminated,and the indoor experiment evaluation method is proved to be safe and reliable.(2)Under the same criteria,hydrogen sulfide scavenger screening experiment was carried out.The indoor sulfur removal experiments have been carried out repeatedly with different hydrogen sulfide scavengers.The experimental data measured by iodometry is little error.The efficient hydrogen sulfide scavengers CFN and CFO were screened out from twenty kinds of hydrogen sulfide scavengers,and the sulfur removal capacities were calculated to be 160.68 g/L and 100.08 g/L,respectively.(3)The performance evaluation of high efficiency hydrogen sulfide scavengers was carried out.The factors affecting sulfur removal in wellbore were considered,such as temperature,PH,salinity and so on.Under these conditions,laboratory experiments were conducted on two highly effective hydrogen sulfide scavengers.Finally,the stability of the efficient hydrogen sulfide scavengers were compared and analyzed.It was proved that the efficient hydrogen sulfide scavenger CFN is more suitable for field test than the efficient hydrogen sulfide scavenger CFO.(4)The removal of sulfur in wellbore was carried out in DD-3 well of DD gas field by using an efficient hydrogen sulfide scavenger CFN.First of all,according to the requirements of the site,the test scheme was designed.The compatibility between the hydrogen sulfide scavenger and the field agent also showed good performance.No blockage occurred in the pipeline during the field test.During the test,the average hydrogen sulfide concentration of DD-3 well was reduced from 52ppm to 5.5ppm,which reached the purpose of field test.The paper is innovative in the following four aspects:first,the establishment of a complete set of sulfur removal agent experimental evaluation process;Second,in the screening process,taking into account the temperature,PH,salinity and other influencing factors;Third,a large number of experiments on the basis of successful screening out the good performance hydrogen sulfide scavenger;Fourth,in addition to the hydrogen sulfide scavenger in the field application,has been successful.In the current background of the experiment and method of wellbore desulfurization agent,the research of this subject is rich and novel,and it is a new idea to study the desulfurization in the field,which can enrich the existing sulfur removal method.
