| In recent years,indoor air pollution is increasing with people's living standards. Formaldehyde is a major one of indoor air pollutants;it has a wide range of source,appear frequently and harmful for human being,this is becoming a cause concernning by all social sectors.Formaldehyde can stimulate the mucous membrane of skin and may possible cause hypersensitivity reaction,cancer and mutation.Many industrial methods is not suitable to deal with formaldehyde pollution of indoor air,because of different restrictions of the indoor places and the indoor formaldehyde has the feature of low concentration and highly volatile. At present,the treatment of indoor formaldehyde pollution is not advanced in our country, many methods are not easy to operate and difficult to promote.Therefore,it is important to research and develop a new method which can accord with the feature to purify the indoor air and cut off the resource of indoor air pollution of formaldehyde.Along with the enhance of people's environmental awareness and life quality,the products which can removed indoor formaldehyde pollution also have great application and popularization values.Research and get a convenient,effective and inexpensive formaldehyde scavenger is very important to protect people's health and maintain the sustainable development of society.In this paper,we basic on the existing analysis methods and physico-chemical natures,start from the volatile character of formaldehyde,use chemical combination to reduce the volatility of formaldehyde as our new idea.Utilize the character of amine ramification could combine free formaldehyde and generate a steady compound under normal temperature and pressure, In this paper,we choose inorganic ammonium salt and organic amine as investigation object and expect to produce a high efficiency,long-term efficiency formaldehyde scavenger.We used the GB 13197-91 as our basic analysis method.The experiment investigated the effect of these six kinds representative materials(ammonium sulfate,ammonium acetate, ethanediamine,diethylen etriamine,triethylenete tramine) with formaldehyde under normal temperature and pressure.We also designed simple and highly efficiency device to verify the result of experiment,and used it to assay the result of these materials with formaldehyde under different experimental conditions.After lots of experiment,we finally got an excellent formaldehyde scavenger.The results of experiment show that:â‘ All of these six experimental materials can fixed free formaldehyde effectively.We eliminate ammonium acetate,because the hygroscopicity of it and its solution is a butter system.We also eliminate ethanediamine,because it will cause second pollution.â‘¡The experiment investigated the influence on E/%by the factors as pH,concentration, reaction time,wet and dry condition of the carrier.The result of experiment shows that the inorganic ammonium salt and organic amine are all reach the max value of E/%when pH=11.0.These materials react with formaldehyde immediately.In 24 hours,the E/%value of ammonium sulfate is more than 82.7%,the E/%value of organic amine is more than 90%and the E/%value of triethylenete tramine is more than 99%.After the carrier dried,the E/% value of ammonium sulfate goes down from 95.11%to 64.35%,but the E/%value of organic amine goes up from 90%to more than 95%.â‘¢The mole proportional relations between these materials of hybrid formaldehyde scavenger are 1:3(ammonium sulfate and diethyl amine),1:2.5(ammonium sulfate and diethylen etriamine) and 1:2(ammonium sulfate and triethylenete tramine).At room temperature, solution's pH=11,we sprinkle the hybird formaldehyde scavenger on the carrier ehich contains formaldehyde and the E/%of it is more than 95%even after the carrier is dried.â‘£After 100 days under normal temperature and pressure,the carrier contains formaldehyde which has been added formaldehyde scavenger still has a high level of E/%as 83.7%and this result achieved all that we expected.This method cut off the resource of indoor air pollution of formaldehyde and controls the indoor formaldehyde pollution fundamentally.It has many advantages just like:raw materials is cheaper,easy to preparation and use,high rates of formaldehyde fixed,good wear and so on. It also has a good application prospect of controls and removes the indoor formaldehyde pollution. |
