In recent years,although the sewage treatment capacity has been improved,the sludge disposal capacity is insufficient,resulting in an increasing number of excess sludge.How to rationally and scientifically dispose of sludge,has now become the focus of China's waste disposal problems.This paper analyzes the basic properties of sludge,and analyzes the main disposal methods and domestic treatment and disposal methods at home and abroad.The two kinds of municipal sludge and a kind of printing and dyeing sludge were selected as the research object.The weight loss characteristics of the sludge under different atmospheres were studied by thermogravimetric analysis,and the kinetic parameters were obtained by fitting the dynamic model.The pyrolysis and combustion characteristics of municipal sludge and the structural characteristics of functional groups in heat treatment and the release of three kinds of conventional small molecules were analyzed by TG-FTIR.Secondly,through TG-MS,the release rule of the small molecular ion fragments which may occur in the N2,CO2 and Air atmospheres of the three kinds of sludge was analyzed.It was found that the types of ion fragments produced in the three atmospheres were basically the same,Less than 30 ion fragments,sulfur,nitrogen,oxygen,halogen,and hydrocarbon fragments.The pyrolysis,gasification and combustion experiments of municipal sludge were simulated by using the tube furnace test platform.The macromolecule products of liquid oil were analyzed by GC-MS.Finally,this paper through the small experimental theory to analysis the mechanism of N2 atmosphere and provide some guiding significance.
