In modern society,the problem of environmental pollution and resource shortage problem may become a bottleneck restricting the economic development in the future.The development of new,clean and sustainable energy is imminent.Biomass?cellulose,glucose,fructose?due to its renewable is called"inexhaustible"clean energy.Biomass catalytic conversion into useful chemicals has been widely concerned by scholars.5-Hydroxymethyl furfural?HMF?containing hydroxyl,carbonyl and other functional groups,can be used as a variety of chemical raw materials.HMF can be transformed from biomass catalytic.So HMF has become a key material bridge of biomass and other chemicals,which is considered to be ideal platform compound.At present,the traditional method of producing HMF from biomass are not green and low yield.This paper synthesizes new ionic liquid catalysts,explores the catalytic mechanism,and strives to make breakthroughs in the catalytic conversion to HMF.This paper synthesizes double acidic ionic liquid catalyst Al2[SSTM]3?HSO4?3,finds its catalytic conversion of HMF from fructose have high yield and explores the influence factors and the optimum reaction conditions:0.2 g fructose dissolved in 1 g DMSO;Al2[SSTM]3?HSO4?3 catalyst dosage 2 wt%amount equivalent to DMSO;the best reaction temperature is 80?;after 6 hours conversion it can reach a maximum yield of 99.92 HMF%.This paper synthesizes double acidic ionic liquid catalyst Al2[SSTM]3Cl3,finds its effectively catalytic conversion of HMF from glucose have high yield,and explores the influence factors and the optimum reaction conditions:0.2 g glucose dissolved in 1 g DMSO;the best catalyst dosage is 2 wt%of catalyst equivalent to DMSO;the best reaction temperature is 80?;after 15 hours conversion reaction,it can reach a maximum yield of 92.79 HMF%The ionic liquid[DMIM]Cl was synthesized in this paper,and used in the catalytic system with AlCl3 of direct catalytic conversion of cellulose to HMF,which get a high yield.The experiments are on the influencing factors and the optimum reaction conditions:solvent system with 0.05 g cellulose and 1 g[DMIM]Cl,120?for 6 h,2 wt%aluminum chloride catalyst is equivalent to[DMIM]Cl which can catalyze cellulose into HMF,the yield of HMF is about 92.76%,the yield of TRS is98.18%.Double acidic ionic liquid catalyst Fe2[SSTM]3Cl3 was synthesized and be used in direct catalytic conversion of cellulose to HMF with ionic liquid[DMIM]Cl solvent and can get a high yield:0.05 g cellulose and 1 g[DMIM]Cl,the best catalyst amount of Fe2[SSTM]3Cl3 2.5 wt%catalyst is equivalent to[DMIM]Cl,the optimal reaction temperature is 120?,the best reaction time is 9 h,the yield of HMF is up to92.66%and the highest yield of TRS is 98.16%.In this paper,the catalytic system has advantages of non-toxic,environmental protection,lining with principle of green chemistry and high HMF yield.
