The ZrVMnCe alloy is a newly developed of getter material by our research group in recetly years,which has low activation temperature and excellent sorbed capacity.But the disadvantage of the alloy is that the sintering performance is relatively poor,and then the ZrVMnCe-Zr composite is developed to obtain the mechanical properties and the combined performance of the sorbed capacity.At the same time,considering the lack of slurry coating or slurry casting and other traditional getter preparation technology in product consistency and mass of difficult aspects,in this research also uses the preparation process of ZrVMnCe-Zr getter metal powder injection molding,the use of SEM,the specific surface area and pore size analyzer and mercury injection apparatus,sorption performance testing device to test the surface morphology,the getter material surface area,porosity and sorption properties of materials,studied solvent debinding,ZrVMnCe powder particle size and different ratio(ZrVMnCe and Zr),sintering,activation conditions of four key processes and optimize the related parameters.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:(1)The effects of loading capacity,temperature and time of solvent debinding on the chemical degreasing of the compound and sorption properties of sintering body were studied.The results show that the the degreasing rate of injection was increase with the increase of the temperature and time of solvent debinding.Trichloroethylene as solvent,after 60?×6h,the loading capacity of 60%getter sample of degreasing rate is relatively high,reached 70.2%.(2)The effects of ZrVMnCe particle size,mass ratio of ZrVMnCe and Zr on the sorption properties were studied.The results show that with the increase of particle size of ZrVMnCe,the sorption properties showed increased first and then decreased.100-200 mesh ZrVMnCe powder was prepared by the getter sample porosity and specific surface area is relatively high,the sorption properties is relatively the best.With the increase of the content of Zr powder,the sorption properties of the material showed a decreasing trend.When ZrVMnCe and Zr ratio of 6:4 prepared by getter sample,mechanical strength and sorption properties performed well.(3)Researched and optimized two key parameters in the sintering process of ZrVMnCe-Zr getter samples:sintering temperature and holding time.The results show that the sintering process at 920? to 1060 ?,with the increase of temperature,the getter material's porosity and specific surface area decreased,density increased,the sorption properties of materials also decreased with the increase of the sintering temperature.When the sintering temperature is 1020?,the comprehensive performance of the material is the best.The sintering effect of ZrVMnCe-Zr getter material is very sensitive to sintering time.When the holding time is 20min,the porosity,specific surface area and sorption properties are excellent.(4)Two key process parameters were researched and optimized of ZrVMnCe-Zr getter activation process:activation temperature and activation holding time.The results show that the sorption properties of the material increases with the increase of the activation temperature.At 500?activation,getter material has achieved a better state.With the extension of activation holding time,the sorption properties will widely increase.Activated at 500?×10min,pumping speed of getter(ZrVMnCe powder is 100-200mess,ZrVMnCe:Zr=6:4)reached S10=2323.8cm3·s-1·g-1,however,activated at 500?×80min,pumping speed reached S10=7521.9cm3·s-1·g-1.
