The discipline of water environment belongs to the intersection between the two disciplines of water conservancy and the environment,mainly studying the objective environment status of water body as well as its bearing capacity on the effects of human's actions;the discipline is able to offer regulations and guidance for order and efficiency when people proceed in production about water.1.According to the coherence of space distribution and difference in quality standard,Divid the twenty-four surface water function areas into eight sections.Then analyze the eight sections,water quality tendency from 2010 to 2014 through the seasonal Kendal test.The result showed the NH3-N's pollution was very serious while other factors was light,and Tanghe River and Lanhe River presented deterioration while others in Liaoyang County has had improvement in water quality.2.Under the guidance of vertical pollutants distribution,one-dimensional model and presupposing method were respectively set to calculate pollutant carrying capacity of twenty-four surface water function areas in Liaoyang.Mathematical statistics and other methods were used to calculate relevant parameters.The result(pollutant carrying capacity)showed,except for TN,the rest four factors were generally downward,COD was the most(25516.56t),NH3-N and volatile phenol less(269.43t?114.16t);Liaoyang county had the hugest(21709.46t)while Gongchangling the smallest(1306.46t);The trunk of Taizi River had the hugest(12617.71t)while Lanhe River the smallest(313.02t);Compared with the industrial water function areas(1591.12t),the agricultural water function areas was huger(17324.49t).3.Space decomposition was selected to analyze the total limiting discharge of Liaoyang,then the scheme of Total amount limited.The result showed TP,COD,volatile phenol's Total amount limitedpresented a decrease tendency,but NH3-N,TN didn't have a consistent change,only volatile phenol didn't need any reduction while NH3-N had a heavy reducedtask(1023.11t);And Liaoyang county had the hugest amount(20978.83t),the Liaoyang urban and Dengta urban had almost equal amount,while Gongchangling district presented the smallest amount(312.70t);Tanghe River and Liuhaohe River had substantial reductions,which were higher than the average reduction.According to the above-mentioned analysis,this paper had conducted analysis and calculation Liaoyang's water environment,water tendency,pollutant carrying capacity,total amount limited,which can be a reference and basis to economy and society's development,as well as relevant planning.
