As a guiding framework of the development of enterprise product,R&D management system is an important method to improve the correctness of R&D and eliminate the waste of R&D process.The only way to eliminate the R&D process fundamentally for enterprise is to revise and perfect the R&D management system.This paper is a research for the design of the lean R&D management system of engineering tire molding equipment.This paper firstly summarizes the development of the R&D management system,which is divided into four stages: the intuition R&D management model based on the “expectation strategy”,the management model based on the project management,the R&D management model based on the process optimization and the lean R&D management model guided by the lean thinking,then analyzes the defects and reasons of the current R&D management process of TST company.By perfecting and improving the existing R&D management,this paper designs a TST lean R&D management system,describes its structural element in detail,discusses its strategy and method to achieve,and finally applies this system into the R&D management of Malaysia engineering tire molding machine of TST company to contrast and analyze the result.The practice on TST company proves that the design of the lean R&D management system has significantly improved the R&D efficiency of the enterprise,effectively eliminated the waste of R&D process,ensured the quality of products,and helped to the accumulation and transfer of knowledge and experience.This lean R&D management system has great reference significance to the R&D management system construction of tire equipment manufacturing enterprises of our country,and also has a broad application prospect.
