Since the concept of lean management passed from Japan to Chinese enterprises in the 1980 s,it is still one of the management models that domestic enterprises have followed and explored.Lean management is an important mode and grasp in the implementation of enterprise strategy,and is playing an increasingly important role.He stressed that the least input to achieve higher efficiency,faster and better customer satisfaction.But behind the idea,let the enterprise operation target land this also is a big challenge.In the changing,complex and uncertain times,the increasing competition in the global market,coupled with the sudden outbreak of the global supply chain,consumers are demanding more and more products,in the situation of severe internal and external challenges,how private enterprises can adapt to local conditions,use the concept and methods of lean management to meet the needs of customer differentiation,and achieve business objectives is also a concern of the business community and academic circles.However,how to effectively solve this problem focuses on the basic proposition of "research and practice of lean management mode ".This paper explores the lean management mode of flameware and summarizes the main problems in the operation and management of flameware by analyzing the current situation of operation and management of flameware:disorderly logistics,low efficiency,unstable quality and lack of skilled personnel.The reasons for these problems are analyzed from the aspects of value process,plan management,efficiency management,quality management,talent training and so on.combined with lean management theory,this paper proposes a future(to-be)lean management model design scheme,including: lean management objectives,metrics,frameworks,methods,tools,implementation and improvement validation in four sub-modules of “logistics planning,production efficiency,quality management,talent training ” to get real data and achieve goals.Finally,the deficiencies of each sub-module are suggested and planned for continuous improvement.To sum up,starting from the basic situation and the present situation of Huadi burning equipment,this study identifies and analyzes the problems existing in operation management,puts forward the lean management mode scheme of Huadi burning equipment,and finally carries out effective practice and closed-loop management around the target.It provides reference and reference for Chinese private enterprises to promote lean management.
