Because the ecological protection value of wetland resources can not be realized through market transactions,it can not be measured by market price.Therefore,it is necessary to use the non-market value evaluation method to scientifically and rationally monetize the wetland.In recent years,the evaluation method of non-market value of wetland resources mainly includes two kinds of revealing preference method(RP)and declarative preference method(SP).The most representative method of declarative preference is conditional value evaluation(CVM)and selection experiment(CE).They can create benefits by creating a false market that pays a willingness to pay for changes in nonmarket products(WTP).Conditional value assessment has become the most commonly used method of evaluating the value of nonmarket items in the economics literature.CVM is an intuitive,easy to understand and very flexible technology.Based on a questionnaire survey,directly asking people to choose their own questions,rather than observe their actual behavior in the market.In other words,individuals are asked to express their greatest willingness to pay or willing to accept in a hypothetical market scenario where environmental quality changes.However,CVM itself has great limitations and applies only to the valuation of a single attribute change in the virtual market.In particular,the CVM method does not apply when multiple options and attributes are considered.Compared with CVM,CE makes it easier to evaluate the value of multiple attributes that make up the environment,reveal the preference information of the respondents,and scientifically prioritize their relative importance,so as to evaluate the different combinations of attributes.Non-market value.Based on the previous studies,this paper evaluates the ecological protection value of Sanjiang Plain wetland with CVM and CE in Sanjiang Plain,and obtains the willingness of respondents to pay the wetlands of Sanjiang Plain and analyzes the socioeconomic attributes of respondents Finally,the advantages and disadvantages of the two evaluation methods of CVM and CE are analyzed.The results show that The average WTP elicited by CE was 288 yuan per year,and the marginal WTPs of different selection properties including water conservation,wetland area,biodiversity and natural landscape are respectively 96.16,71.65,47.69 and 43.10 yuan per year.Meanwhile,the average WTP elicited by CVM was 134 yuan per year.The influence of factors on WTP was analyzed and reasons for protest responses were discussed.Results showed that therespondents' WTP elicited by CE was significantly higher than that by CVM,and respondents' socio-economic attitudes such as level of education and personal annual income had a significant positive impact on respondents' WTP.There were no significant difference on the reasons of protest responses between CVM and CE.Besides,respondents' multiple attributes and multiple levels analysis could be carried out by CE and the WTP of wetland's selection attributes could be calculated.Therefore,CE had the better ability of revealing respondents' preference information than CVM and its assessment results were more close to the actual value.The conclusion will provide a reference for the implementation of the natural balance sheet and the ecological protection policy,and lay the foundation for the further study of the declarative preference method in the economic value evaluation of environmental goods in China.
