Motorized spindle is one of the key parts of CNC machine tools,the condition of Motorized spindle decides CNC machine' performance.In order to enhance the competitiveness of China's electric spindle technology,improve market share,enhancing the level of comprehensive performance of China's electric spindle is imminent.With the continuous improvement of the performance of the electric spindle,the demand for the performance test of the motorized spindle is becoming more and more prominent.At present,the comprehensive performance test system of the electric spindle which can simulate the working condition is in the blank state,therefore,the development of the comprehensive performance test system for electric spindle has important practical significance.Based on the domestic electric spindle as the research object,the development of the experimental system for the comprehensive performance of motorized spindle is studied.First of all,through the analysis of spindle structure,established various test items and its performance indicators;Furthermore,the hardware system of the electric spindle comprehensive performance experiment is completed,and the software system of the electric spindle comprehensive performance based on Lab VIEW is developed.Finally,the application of the system is introduced in detail with two examples.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Analysis of electrical spindle structure and performance index.By introducing the structure and working principle of the electric spindle,according to national standards,industry standards,as well as electric spindle detection performance experience of the spindle manufacturers and users,this paper puts forward the indicators of the performance of the electric spindle,including: electric spindle,dynamic characteristic and static characteristic,load characteristic,temperature,noise,rotation error the characteristics and vibration characteristics,and completes the analysis of the characteristics of the indicators.2.The construction of the hardware system for the comprehensive performance test of electric spindle.The detection principle of each performance index is analyzed,and the selection of hardware and the working principle and parameters are described in detail.Based on the reliability experiment platform of the electric spindle,the experiment platform of the electric spindle is built,This experiment can simulate the actual work in the spindle,test its performance,which includes four parts: the main body of the electric spindle,the accessories,the loading device,the data acquisition system and the industrial control compute3.Programing the software program of electric spindle performance test.Aiming at the motorized spindle comprehensive performance test hardware system,the software system of the comprehensive performance test based on Lab VIEW is completed.The system can realize performance acquisition,real-time display,real-time signal processing,noise reduction,data processing,storage and other functions.The signal processing can achieve the signal time domain,frequency domain analysis,short-time Fourier analysis,wavelet analysis and other signal analysis methods;In the aspect of noise reduction,the system can realize the de-noising methods such as threshold noise reduction,moving average noise reduction,wavelet de-noising and so on,at the same time,it can realize the real-time data acquisition and analysis of historical data4.Based on the design of the comprehensive performance test system of the electric spindle,the detection of electric spindle rotation accuracy is completed.Using the laser displacement sensor to detect the rotation accuracy,two points method for error separation,harmonic wavelet for filtering noise reduction,and useing the simulated annealing algorithm to fit the minimum envelope circle,to complete the evaluation of the rotation accuracy.5.Based on the design of the comprehensive performance test system of the electric spindle,the unbalance of the electric spindle is studied.First of all,the Hypermesh software is used to analyze the modal of the spindle to determine its stiffness or flexibility Further,derived spindle imbalance loads condition,analysis of unbalanced output signal characteristics including vibration,axis orbit and rotation accuracy,and then tested the experimental vibration experiment,orbit and rotation error of the spindle,by comparing the experimental results of the electric spindle imbalance characteristic signal,and to decompose the vibration signal by using EMD,EEMD algorithm and based on the support vector machine(SVM),the detection scheme of unbalanced feature signal is optimized,which lays the foundation for the study of the unbalance fault diagnosis and early warning of the electric spindle.In this paper,the comprehensive performance test system of the electric spindle is developed,which has significant engineering significance.It provides a powerful guarantee for the development of the comprehensive performance test of the electric spindle.It also provides technical support for the research of the spindle performance detection,condition monitoring,state identification and fault mechanism.
