With the development of science and technology and the improvement of the quality of life,clean energies,which are renewable and pollution-free,have been paid more and more attention.After long-term study,scientists find that hydrogen is one of the most ideal energy based on its excellent advantages.Firstly,the thermal efficiency of hydrogen is higher than other fuels;secondly,as clean energy,there is no pollutant after burning.At present,the hydrogen is obtained mainly by electrolysis water(double electrolytic cell electrolysis).But the method possesses low efficiency due to the existence of diaphragm,which can't afford great pressure to produce hydrogen and oxygen.In this paper,we propose a design of control system,which can be used to realize automatic operation of high pressure electrolytic water equipment.The equipment consists of an electrolytic cell,a hydrogen storage tank,an oxygen storage tank,a water tank,a connecting pipe and a 9-way switch.The new electrode materials(iron nickel alloy)are imported from Ukraine,which can be used to electrolyzed water.Then we realize the separation of hydrogen and oxygen in time and space.In general,electric energy(4.5kwh)is consumed when hydrogen(1m3)and oxygen(0.5m3)are obtained.Compared to it,the consumption of electric energy(4.1kwh)of the electrode materials is low.In addition,the electrode materials have the capacity to produce high-pressure gas(?10MPa).Furthermore,it possesses the ability of gas storage under high pressure without the help of outside pressure,which solves the problem that electrolysis water(double electrolytic cell electrolysis)can't attain high pressure owing to the existence of diaphragm.The electrode materials can be regarded as a varistor load,which producing the same gas.But the resistance rising as time goes on.The constant current powers(0.4V ~ 1.4V and-0.6V ~-1.6V)are needed when the hydrogen and oxygen are made by the electrode materials,respectively.The function of automatic control of current parameters,the electrode potential conversion,the opening and closing of the solenoid valve switch,equipment added water and fault tips can be achieved by the real-time monitoring of electrode voltage/current,the pressure and height of liquid level of hydrogen/oxygen storage tank.The function also can be realized by manual operation through the eight external buttons.In addition,the LCD screen can be used to show the collected information by system,which can gain expediently the working state of the equipment.In order to achieve remote monitoring,the host computer display and control interface are developed by C # language.In this paper,we pay more attention to the hardware design and software design.Furthermore,the actual test of the system and the data collection and analysis are also investigated carefully.The design is composed of external signal input module,control signal output module,the electrode power module,signal acquisition module,equipment information display module and the host computer interface development.The singlechip(STM32f103C8T6)is used as the control center of the system.The system automatically enters the equipment information acquisition mode through the external key or the host computer interface.The system can automatically control the operation and production of the high pressure electrolysis water equipment with the external button under the normal state of system.The system can automatically adjust the current parameters and electrode potential state of the electrode through the electrode power supply module so that the electrode spacing produces hydrogen and oxygen.Simultaneously the signal acquisition module periodically detects the status of each part of the equipment.And the device stops working and presents a fault message through the device information display module when the device status is abnormal.Moreover,the high pressure electrolyzed water device also can be set to the automatic operation mode or manual operation mode by external key or the host computer interface.The technology,which hydrogen and oxygen are obtained by high pressure water electrolysis,can achieve industrialization through development of the system.Furthermore,the system can be widely used to chemical,metallurgy,food industry and other fields.
