| Hydrogen is recognized as a clean fuel and an important raw material for chemical synthesis.It is widely used in petroleum,metallurgy,and pharmaceutical industries.The production of hydrogen from electrolyzed water is one of the commonly used methods for producing hydrogen.No pollutants are produced in the production process,and the purity of the produced hydrogen is high.Therefore,hydrogen production from electrolyzed water will become the core technology for green hydrogen production in the future.It is of great significance to improve monitoring and control methods for various parameters in the hydrogen production process and reduce costs for the development of hydrogen production from electrolyzed water.In this project,the electrohydrogen production process and process parameters are studied in conjunction with actual projects.The SCM32-based single-chip measurement and control unit is designed to obtain the temperature of water and gas during the hydrogen production from electrolyzed water.Hydrogen and oxygen storage tanks Pressure,differential pressure and other parameters analysis,sensor selection,design signal conditioning unit,complete hardware development,schematic design,circuit board processing and production,software design,software and hardware comprehensive debugging.The dissertation discusses the design of the signal conditioning module and converts the tiny voltage signal output by the sensor into a standard voltage signal through the signal conditioning circuit.According to the change of the input parameters,the performance test of the relevant pressure parameters was performed.There is a good linear relationship between the output and the input,and the conditioning module runs stably,which verifies the correctness of the signal conditioning circuit.The measurement and control unit has multi-channel signal acquisition,calculation,storage,alarm and other functions.The paper also designed the real-time communication between the measurement and control unit and the touch screen based on RS485 bus,and real-time display the collected data on the touch screen.The system software has complete functions,rich interface,and convenient operation.At the same time,it has the characteristics of small size,low power consumption,and strong expansibility.The electrolyzed water hydrogen monitoring system based on PLC can be replaced within a certain range. |
