| Faced with the problems of environmental and resource such as global warming,energy saving and emission reduction has become the consensus of the world.Because the design stage of mechanical and electrical products plays a decisive role in its life cycle,it is of great significance to fully consider the carbon emissions of the product life cycle from the source of the design.This paper starts from the development process of mechanical manufacturing process,research on the relationship between mechanical manufacturing process and carbon emissions,derived and sorted out the formula for the calculation of carbon emissions for the machinery manufacturing process,then presents a method for evaluating the green performance of machining process based on the above,and the application example showed the available of the method and did data analysis.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analysis the process of mechanical manufacturing process,classification and induction of typical machining process data,taking the shaft part as an example to analyze the various steps of the machining process,study on the correlation between process data and carbon emissions.(2)Through the analysis of domestic and foreign carbon emissions theory,Choose the theory suitable for the research of this paper:the carbon emissions of a mechanical part from the raw materials to finished product,include carbon emissions from cutting process,carbon emissions due to power consumption,carbon emissions due to tool consumption,carbon emissions caused by cutting fluid consumption,carbon emissions caused by waste treatment,and deduced the calculation formula for each carbon emission.Derived the formulas for calculating the carbon emission.The application model is verified by the processing route and cutting parameters of the actual parts.(3)This paper presents a method for evaluating the green performance of machining process of mechanical parts,the carbon value was used as the evaluation index.The carbon value of a process route is the sum of the carbon emissions from the material to the finishedproduct.The lower the carbon value,the higher the coldness of the mechanical parts.Combining with the example,the paper evaluates the green of the process route and analyzes the calculated data by MATLAB software. |
