The Study On Risk Analysis And Safety Evaluation Of Desert Drilling Rig System

The oil industry is an important part of national comprehensive national strength.And oil is a lifeline for any country.Safety evaluation work is becoming more and more mature with our country's increasingly attention on it.The oil industry is a high-risk industry system and the status of production safety in the oilfield production is very important.The structure of desert oil rig system is very complex,its series and comprehensive very strong.The environment of desert oil drilling rig is stormy,sandy,hyperthermal and the temperature difference between day and night in the desert environment is obvious.Therefore,there exists various kinds of potential safety hazard in desert oil drilling system.Once the safety accidents in drilling rig system takes place,it not only cause huge economic losses to the enterprise,but also can cause great environmental damage.More seriously,it will cause casualties,which will bring much sorrow and regret to loved ones.So to improve the safety of desert oil rig equipments is tpivotal.To eliminate and control the potential safety hazard of oil industry is also important.It is very imperative to reduce the risk of occupational safety,protect personal safety of workers,reasonablely use resources,and effectively protect environment.Desert oil drilling system is the object of evaluation.Based on the special work environment,analysis and safety evaluation in the process of rig drilling operation is systematicly researched.Risk analysis of recognition is an important link of safety evaluation.In this paper,the man-machine-environment-management model is set up.From four aspects including man,machine,environment and management,the security risks of oil drilling rig are analyzed and identified.Four factors is not exist alone,but influence each other.Through data collection and analysis,the corresponding risk source and place in the links of each job is respectively got.Safety evaluation is an important means of evaluation.In this paper,aiming at potential risk factors in desert oil rig,three evaluation methods of FMEA,HAZOP,LEC are respectively used for the safety evaluation on desert oil rig equipment risk,process hazard and operability as well as dangerous operation condition.In addition,with the examples of X-type drilling rig in service in Tarim oilfield,AHP-FCE method is used to evaluate the security level of the evaluation object.Safety countermeasures is an important purpose after the safety assessment.From the four aspects of man,machine,environment and management,the corresponding countermeasures for desert oil drilling risk management are respectively put forward.The measures for the special work environment of desert oil drilling rig have important guiding significance on safely and effective drilling engineering.
