In well completions,we need to use perforating gun to open the oil layer,inner blind hole perforating gun has a good orientation and blasting effect.But the perforating gun is a deep hole workpiece,it's difficult to do blind hole processing on deep hole inner wall directly,usually we make a through hole on the workpiece outer wall,followed by welding plug to get blind hole,workpiece processed in this method may have the problem of inadequate strength at welds.In this paper,we take the deep hole inner wall blind hole processing device as the research object,based on the processing system of deep hole inner wall blind hole,improved its processing performance by optimizing design.Based on the design goal of the machining system,improved the design of the process system's overall structure,expand the machining range of the system.Introduced the working principle of the blind hole machining tool,and optimized its structure according to the principle.The internal drive structure of the tool is improved,detailed designed the structure of the main motion transmission part,analyzed the strength of the design structure by finite element analysis.Also,used the motion simulation,verified the rationality of the design of the main motion drive.Carried out a blind hole drilling test,studied the machining accuracy of the machining platform,and had the experiment of milling the keyway on deep hole inner wall,studied the machining tool's process extensibility.Through the experiment,we get a good precision of blind hole,and completed the processing of keyway,which provides a new idea for the later tool design.
