With the further development of petroleum industry in our country,At the end of 2015,oil and gas production has reached 2.06 tons and the amount of more than 2 tons of petroleum processing.while the leakage of petroleum storage tanks and pipelines will produce a large amount of petroleum contaminated soil,If it is not disposed, only landfill or stacking in situ, can waste of petroleum resources and polluted the environment. At present, the main methods for treatment of the petroleum contaminated soil are heating and pressure conditioning and hot washing, etc. But the high cost and harsh processing conditions and other factors limit the large-scale industrial application. While bioremediation is low cost, simple operation, apply in situ remediation of large area and don't destroy the soil structure. And have no pollution.Which is the most promising method for soil remediation. In order to eliminate contaminated of deep soil caused by petroleum substances, degrading bacteria pseudomonas aeruginosa and achromobacter are selected separately from scene sludge. We studied the degradation law when one independently or both of them acted on the crude oil as well as discussed the effects that factors such as the amount of complex bacteria system, moisture content, oil content of the soil, ratio of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrition,pH value and temperature on soil degradation rate of contaminated oil.And we designed the simulation device, explored the condition parameters of bioremediation. The result indicated that the degradation rate is higher when complex microbial effected on the degradation of oil-polluted soil than either did alone, and nine days degradation rate can achieve 41.49% when both the composite ratio is 1:1 and soil water content was 25%;Six days degradation rate can achieve 64.9% when soil pH value is about 7.5,the amount of bacteria is more than 5%,temperature is 25 and the soil oil content less than 5? %;Fourty days degradation rate of the deep soil that contained 2% petroleum can achieve 41.49% when the soil moisture content was always 25%,pH value is about 7.5 and ensure adequate nutrition.
