The production of oil Wells in the oil well of the oil fields in the oil field of the Qili Village Oil Production Plant is seriously affected,and the production cost of the oil well reduced and the production cost is increased.In this paper,the waxes of crude o is il and oil well production in different blocks of Qili Village Oil Production Plant are taken as the research object.The physical properties,wax,colloid and asphaltene contents of crude oil and wax were analyzed and analyzed,and the wax analysis point of crude oil was determined by differential scanning calorimetry.The experimental results show that the wax content,wax content and precipitation point of crude oil in Qili Village Oil Production Plant are generally high.Aiming at the characteristics of crude oil in Qili Village Oil Production Plant,the solvent and surfactant used in the cleaning agent were screened out.Then,four kinds of water-based wax preparation were determined by homogeneous experiment and orthogonal experiment.The specific composition and properties as follows:WPR-?: composite organic solvent(35%)+ complex surfactant(15%)+ solvent(5%)+ water(45%),wax removal rate of 0.0436 g / min,a SY/T6300-2009 “Specificctions of paraffin removers and paraffin inhibitors applied in oil production”requirements of 2.7 times;For 58 # paraffin,diesel system wax protection rate can reach 43.67%,for Qili village waxy crude oil wax rate can reach 43.05%.WPR-?: composite organic solvent(35%)+ complex surfactant(35%)+ solvent(5%)+ water(25%),wax removal rate of 0.0449 g / min,2.8 times.For 58 # paraffin,diesel system wax protection rate can reach 42.78%,for Qili village waxy crude oil wax rate can reach 42.87%.WPR-?: composite organic solvent(35%)+ complex surfactant(35%)+ solvent(10%)+ water(20%);wax removal rate can reach 0.0421 g / min,Of 2.3 times.For 58 # paraffin,diesel system wax protection rate can reach 47.54%,for Qili village waxy crude oil wax rate can reach 43.56%.WPR-?: composite organic solvent(30%)+ complex surfactant(25%)+ solvent(15%)+ water(30%),wax removal rate can reach 0.0466 g / min,Of 2.9 times.For 58 # paraffin,diesel system wax protection rate can reach 47.06%,for Qili village waxy crude oil wax rate can reach 45.06%.
