Bisphenols are typical endocrine disruptors.Bisphenols were very frequently detected in soil,water,air and indoor dust because of its huge amount of use.The ecological environment issues caused by bisphenols increasingly concerned.In this study,BPF,BPS and BPB which were the important chemicals among bisphenols were selected as the target compounds,and potassium permanganate,sodium hypochlorite and chlorine dioxide were used to oxidize the target bisphenols.The kinetics,influencing factors and reaction mechanism of the oxidation of three target bisphenols by the above process were studied.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:The remove efficiency and influencing factors of the oxidation of bisphenols by permanganate were studied.BPF and BPB could be removed quickly by potassium permanganate oxidation process.Kinetics of two reactions both followed a generalized second-order rate law.The oxidation of BPF and BPB by potassium permanganate were promoted with the higher temperature,the higher pH value and the addition of humic acid or HCO3-.In addition,permanganate could effectively remove the low concentration of BPF in nature water,but the removal of the low concentration of BPB in nature water was relatively low.The degradation products during the reactions were detected by the GC-MS and the proposed oxidation pathways were presented.The remove efficiency and influencing factors of the oxidation of bisphenols by sodium hypochlorite were studied.BPS and BPB could be removed quickly by sodium hypochlorite oxidation process.Kinetics of two reactions both followed a generalized second-order rate law.The oxidation of BPF and BPB by hypochlorite oxidation were promoted with the higher temperature and significantly inhibited by the addition of NH4+.Sodium hypochlorite oxidation could effectively remove the the low concentration of BPS and BPB in nature water.The transformation products during the reactions were detected by the LC-TOF and the transformation oxidation pathways were presented.The remove efficiency and influencing factors of the oxidation of BPS by chlorine dioxide were studied.The oxidation of BPS by chlorine dioxide was very fast.The reaction kinetic well followed a generalized second-order rate law.The reaction could be enhanced by improving the temperature or pH values of the solutions.Chlorine dioxide could effective removed the the low concentration of BPS in nature water.The degradation products during the reaction were detected by the LC-TOF and the GC-MS,and the proposed oxidation pathways were presented.
