Petroleum belongs to high risk of inflammable and explosive fluid,its transportation safety is of paramount importance.Once the occurrence of accidents during transportation,it will not only bring property loss to the pipeline operators,will also bring tremendous threat to the safety of the life and property of the residents along the pipelines.Therefore,it has certain theoretical and practical value in the research of the diffusion rule of buried oil pipeline leak.By using SolidWoreks software,set up the corresponding simulation model.Establish the modeling by ICEM CFD,then input Fluent16.0 software to set up a calculation model for buried oil pipeline leak.Moreover,by using the vof model,it reproduces the process of the crude oil leak out in the soil,received the diffusion regularity of crude oil in the soil,which under the condition of different leakage location,different leakage rate and so on.The thesis has the following findings and conclusions of the study through the research in this paper:The location of aperture main influence of crude oil in the soil spread shape,but the effect of crude oil diffusion area is not obvious.When the location of aperture was on the right above,the shape of crude oil concentration distribution change from arch to an inverted apple,finally is an inverted U-shaped.When aperture was on the right side,the shape of crude oil concentration distribution change from crescent to cashew nut,finally as an ellipse.When aperture was on the right below,the shape of crude oil concentration distribution change from boat to an apple,finally as an ellipse.The influence of leakage rate of crude oil in the soil spread shape was not obvious as the location of aperture,but the influence of crude oil on the axial diffusion width and depth of the radial diffusion was significantly.The greater leakage rate,the bigger of the crude oil horizontal diffusion and vertical diffusion area.Leakage rate of 2m/s,when leakage occurs to the 1400 s,the crude oil which had spread to below the pipeline has been completely together.Then the oil,which the leakage rate was1.5 m/s,also fully converged.leakage rate of1m/s,when leakage occurs to the 3600 s,the crude oil spread to below the pipeline came to complete together.The leakage speed 0.5m/s,due to the oil spill computational domain amount is too small,the crude oil had not been completely together by the end of the calculation.
