A large number of mixed oil will be produced in the process of oil transportation withvarious factors’ impact between adjacent batched, which will cause great economic losses, due toproduct mixed oil cannot direct sales as qualified. For the questions of mixed oil,This papersimulation study about batching transportation of mixed oil by products pipeline. This paper expounds the mixed oil mechanism and process of batching transportationpipeline on the basis of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. The analysis of mixed oilconcentration is based on one-dimensional diffusion theory, and using five-point Gauss integralmethod to improve the calculation accuracy of mixed oil concentration. The mathematical model, boundary conditions, convection-diffusion discretization scheme and pressure-velocity couplingalgorithm of the batch transportation of multi-product pipeline were ascertained reasonably byusing FLUENT software which is based on the finite volume method, the basis of the CFDtheory and simulation of turbulent flow theory. On the basis of existing research, product oil pipeline transportation model is established. This modelverify the correctness of the results of numerical simulation, by comparison and analysis of numericalsimulation results and theoretical results. Analysis the impact of the velocity, diameter, blind tube,90-degreebend with the blind tube, gravity and other factors on contaminated, Studied the relations between velocity, thelength of blind tube and the time needed for displacement all the residual oil in blind tube, and the influence ofdelivery order when there is difference and shutdown to mixed oil. The simulation results not only reflect theconvection diffusion mass transfer phenomena at the interface of different oil,but also indicates the impact ofthe density difference is much greater than the viscosity difference for mixeded oil when exist elevationdifference. The research productions of this paper laid a certain foundation for further improving themixeding theory, and also providing a theoretical basis and instructional for the design of productoil pipeline and the operation of economic security, as well as analyzing and processing accidentconditions.
